I'm disappointed that this photo didn't turn out any better than it did. It is a Texas Tradition's boot borrowed back from Lyle Lovett for the Museum of the Horse exhibit last year.

It shows of some of the "tradition" of Texas Traditions. The mirror-writing, a legacy of Charlie Dunn, is something special that has been handed down to Lee Miller through his long time work with Mr. Dunn. If you tilt your head a bit...and read the lettering up along the piping, you can see it says "Lyle Lovett"...with the "t's" trailing into the scrolled stitching.

When I order my Texas Tradition's boots...I think I'll get a pair like these...maybe with slightly shorter tops...with "Jennifer" on one boot, and "June" on the other....oooh...maybe in red?!
