Footloose Cowboy Boots – the buzz.

Red boots in footloose

Yes. These are the boots worn by Ariel (Julianne Hough) in the new Footloose movie. The cowgirl boots are made by Frye. They will sell out quick… maybe even before the movie comes out. After that, you will find many other swell red boots, but not these.

Already sold out in your size? Dying to have them? Check for red Frye boots on ebay.

“Hey, hey! What’s this I see? I thought this was a party. LET’S DANCE!

Cowboy Boots Rango-Style

Rango Movie Cowboy Boots

Every time a new movie comes out, I get asked about who’s-wearing-which boots. So here you go… if you want boots just like Rango wears, go get yourself a pair of Old Gringo Nevada cowboy boots (I dare you to tell me I’m wrong.)

And… if you like Westerns, you should go see Rango. Does the team proud. Yes, it does.

(P.S. Right now, endless.com has some great women’s cowboy boots on sale.)

Cowboy Boot Screenshots: “Spun”

Spun” is a twitchy little indie film all about methamphetamine.

Me? I’m a geek, so I rented it solely for the cowboy boots.

My pal Pascal told me, long ago, he had built a pair of cowboy boots for the Hollywood celebrity and fashion warrior, Mickey Rourke. Yep. You know you’re living right when you can walk on to a movie set in your every-day boots and play a crazy crank cook. I’m left feeling uncomfortably ordinary.

Here they are… white cowboy boots with flames and stitching and bling-y mule ears. Boy howdy. If you want a pair just like them (but not)…go talk to Pascal.

Cowboy Boots in Kill Bill 2

If you don’t know the storyline… four years after surviving a bullet in the head, the Bride (Uma Thurman) emerges from a coma and swears revenge on her former boss and his deadly squad of international assassins. In one of her many misadventures, the Bride is buried alive…in a graveyard, in a lonely dark pine box, under six feet of dirt.

Lucky for her, she was buried with her boots on…and I’ve gotten quite a bit of e-mail from women wanting a pair just like ’em. So help me out here…use the comments section below. What can we tell from this valuable copyright-infringing clip?

  • Eagle inlaid on a two-piece top, right?
  • Star inlay at the collar.
  • Two rows of stitching on the eagle-wing inlay …or just one?

Who’s the maker do ya think? (I couldn’t see a label inside the boot. Can you?)
